THE COURTYARD OFFICE

Reconnecting people with nature through architecture - Located in the greenfield land of Hazarasp, the 2-storey building with a total area of 30,000 square feet is made up of two massing blocks positioned in north-south orientation. A courtyard garden connects the two office blocks, creates an invert-looking environment. With the presence of healing elements such as pool and vegetation, the project aims to accommodate a pleasant working environment.

The façade design seeks to unify the massing blocks. The staggered design of the high triple-glazed window at concierge breaks the uniformity, adding vertical dimensions to the façade design. 

Ground floor is composed of a large concierge, a chilled cafeteria that overlooking the courtyard garden. Other components of the building include meeting rooms, training rooms, conference hall and laboratory support the operational needs. With its elongated building footprint, the office on the upper floor is having the panoramic surrounding views.
